ダンリバー生地。




ポロカラーの先端
襟、袖口にスレ傷や黄ばみが無い
綺麗なヴィンテージ。


アメリカものあるあるですが、
雑で適当な第5釦です。（写真7、8枚目）
前立てのセンターからボタンホール、
ボタン付け自体がズレて作られています。
着用に影響無し。


そういうのが嫌いな方はお控えください。
反対に希少で面白いアメリカらしい1着です。








フィット名が無かった頃の赤タグ。



現在で言えばマディソンよりゆったりした
トラディショナルフィット。





業務用スチーマーで優しく伸ばしてありますが
小さいシワはあります。

創業者ヘンリーの孫、ジョン・E・ブルックスが英国でポロ競技を観戦している時に選手のユニフォームの襟先に付いたボタンに気付き、風で襟があおられてプレーの邪魔にならないように襟先が留められていたデザインに着想を得て、1896年、そのユニフォームをニューヨークに持ち帰りシャツに仕立てて販売、大きな評判に繋がりました。
