FURTHER RECORDSからリリースされたアルバム『K』がコアなダンスミュージック・ファンのみならずアンビエント～チルアウト愛好家の間でも絶賛されたDONATO DOZZYとエンジニアとしても活躍するNEELことGIUSEPPE TILLIECIによるコラボレーション・プロジェクトVOICES FROM THE LAKEが遂にその謎に包まれたベールを解き放つ！アンダーグラウンド・レイヴ LABYRINTH などでのDJでここ日本でも高い人気を誇るDOZZYがNEELとの間に長年培ってきた友情のもとに実現したプロジェクトVOICES FROM THE LAKE。DINO SABATINIやCIO D"ORといったアーティストが拠点としているミュンヘンの硬派なミニマル・レーベルPROLOGUEから2011年にリリースされたファーストEP「SILENT DROPS E.P.」が国内外のTOP DJにプレイされ、フロアに深遠なアトモスフィアをもたらしたことも記憶に新しい。セルフ・タイトルを冠した本作は、そのEPに収録されたトラックを含まない未発表曲11曲で構成されたアンビエント・テクノの新たなる金字塔！アナログな質感を大切にしたリズム・トラックと煌くようなウワモノ、そして空間全体をやさしく包み込むアンビエンスたっぷりのドローン・シンセがディープに響き渡る。目を閉じ各々が自由に想像し体感してほしい圧倒的なスケールを持つ1枚！
