The Covid-19 pandemic deepened the precariousness of economic and health conditions in Paraguay. The current regulatory framework in the country protects the right to health and guarantees that no one will be deprived of public assistance, but in the context of the pandemic, the supply of state services has been widely exceeded. With the objective of identifying the hindering factors of access to social and health services faced by the relatives and/or relatives of Covid-19 patients in the Hospital de Clínicas, an exploratory, descriptive and exploratory study was carried out. cross section. 43 relatives and/or relatives of patients admitted to the Hospital de Clínicas were interviewed. Nearly three-quarters of those interviewed said they had experienced some difficulty accessing services. The relatives and/or relatives of patients had to face numerous difficulties. In addition to mutual solidarity, they organized themselves to deal with the lack of responses from the State.
